flask was delivered very quickly, and in one piece (was worried when I read how many arrived broken).
used for several months, and loved it - kept stuff hot for longer than I expected - looks good, practical (easy to fill and to clean, which can be rare with large flasks)
but, yesterday, with no warning and for no apparent reason, it blew up. perhaps something to do with the pressure inside being raised cos of hte heat of the contents... but the thing literally blew up.
Have not contacted Thermos.. perhaps I should, because it seems dangerous. the plastic cup that was resting on top of it was shot a foot in the air with the force. Luckily, all the glass stayed inside the plastic/metal casing... but I would not have wanted to be standing any closer when the thing exploded.
But I loved it while it lasted....

This is great. Bought it for work as we have lots of meetings etc. It's a good size, holds plenty of coffee and keeps it hot for hours. The lever action pump on the top is much easier than the push pump that you usually get on the top of this sort of flask. The whole lid can actually be removed for easy cleaning. Super product and great value.
