This is a very good food container. I purchased it for my daughterand I am very pleased with it. It is very small but takes enough food for a normal person. It keeps the food hot for a long time, if you put hot water in it before that. I love the spoon as it is folded inside the lead. I definitely reccomend it.

I purchased two of these for my twins to take for their lunch at school. They are brilliant, really are still hot when they get around to lunch,come with spoon, which is fabulous and are small enough to fit in their school bags, but big enough to give them plenty for lunch...truly are great!!!!
