This cup is great for keeping my tea hot while I run around after the kids, it gets a lot of use.
However, it is hard to clean... the instructions that come with it say not to get the base wet so it can't be submerged in the washing up bowl. If the base does get wet, water seeps into the insulating layer which I can't get out. As it can't be washed very well it will gradually get more and more tea stained which isn't so great. Not sure I would buy it again.

Great mug for keeping tea hot. I am very busy at work and often make a cup of tea at break, the phone rings and i might not get back for an hour or so. No more cold tea for me.

The lids fit well and has a rotating section to block off drinking hole to conserve heat. Warning though (when drinking through any cup with a hole - you tend to pour faster or suck more than drinking straight from the cup - if its too hot you dont find out until too late - this is the same for all - not just this cup).
The handle is attached top an bottomg (unlike my last Berghaus one which only attached at the top and broke off under the strain).

Cool Mug!

Great product
This product keeps my coffee warm and fits nicely underneath my coffee machine. Recommended. The only let down is that it cannot go in the dishwasher.
