I bought this to replace my Corsair H100, as I couldn't stand the noise any more. This runs quieter and cooler, so I couldn't be more happy.

On the extreme performance profile, it keeps my FX-8150 running at 4.7 ghz (1.4/5v) a fraction below 60c on a full load.

The only downside is the software, which can be a bit buggy. That said, it's the best I have used so far and it's not a major issue for me.

This is a high quality piece of kit, however the back plate for my ASUS mobo was incompatible so I had to return it. The back plate interfered with soldered elements on the board. Shame 'cos I would have kept it if it had had the same design back plate as Corsair

Keeps my 4.6ghz OC temperatures low, easy to install after some videos, instructions vague. Screws long enough to set up pull configuration. Plastic back plate is bad because the metal screws spin inside, making it hard to take off to repaste. I want to repaste but cannot because it won't come off! Maybe I will do it one day. The cooling side is still very good though, realistic loads (not 100%) I get 70c max, I want to repaste though as others claim to get lower! Might be my 4.6ghz OC is higher than theirs when they test (ie, they test at 4.0ghz, so I get more heat).

Good cooler, pump noise was new to me, so I notice it, but its getting quieter as I get used to it.
Included software is really good, setting a temperature and the fans spin accordingly :)
I replaced fans with Noctua NF-F12s.

I bought this after I was let down with a faulty corsair h100. My machine had a stock heat sync and temperature would exceed 60 degrees even when idle. After installing this my machjbe barely exceeds 40 degrees even in use.
