About the Author
Jeremy Strong is immensely popular with children, particularly boys, who love his unique brand of silliness. He won the Children's Book Award in 1997 with The Hundred-Mile-An-Hour Dog, and his books about Sigurd the Viking were made into a TV serial.

My 7yr old son has read many of Jeremy Strong's books and enjoys them all. He is an avid reader and never is let down by this great author. He has done projects at school on Egypt and found this book, as usua, very funny and interesting with loads of great facts. If ou have a wee book worm these books are great and always deliver.

Having read "There's a Viking in My Bed" by the same author,I bought this to read to my pupils as we are studying Ancient Egypt.We are all thoroughly enjoying the story.
