In 1968, Eamonn Sweeney attended his first Sligo Rovers game, accompanied by his mother, who gave birh to him two days later.
Since then, he and his family have followed the occasional ups, and more frequent downs, of the club.

There's Only One Red Army is the true story of a family held together by football after a marriage break-up, of the unsung heros who follow Leuage of Ireland clubs like Sligo Rovers and how sports can permeate all parts of someones life.
