NO it is NOT English only :its a 5 language English, French, German, Spanish & ITALIAN- but you have to go in to Wii setup and change the console language to Italian, game will then play in Italian.

You can always switch language back when you have finished.Or keep it set to Italian & all games with Italian on will play in that language, if they don't have it will default to what language the game has got...i.e maybe English if bought in England.

Cheers Jules - I got mine from UK, Live in France and it plays to whatever i set my console to.. ;0)))
