Even written several years ago, is a very different and new way of thinking. 7 Dec. 2013

When i read it several years ago i was impress and surprised since the beginning with the idea of "exploring a model of therapy based on ideas of cooperation and conversation". I liked since the first chapter, how diferent it was from what i had learned at school and traditional therapy models. It was a different form of doing therapy, and still things have changed, looking at it again, i still learn. I love the chapter about "deconstruction and therapy" a very different approach to problems like anorexia, or men violence. the chapters written by Michael White, and David Epston about externalizing discoursesi do enjoy them. Also the chapter of Freeman and Combs about using questions to explore alternative possibilities and Griffith chapter about mind-body problems. I still enjoy reading this different way of thinking.
