1.0 out of 5 stars Atrocious and irresponsible proofreading and editing 31 Mar 2014
By Chexpeare - Published on
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
This volume is loaded with typographical ASCII substitutions for westernized Sanskrit characters making it very, very, very difficult to read. DO NOT BUY THIS KINDLE VERSION unless you do not mind having to spend extra time trying to figure out what the symbols and characters are really trying to spell out. For example, Pata/l^ali is supposed to be Patanjali. This one is obvious because of our previous familiarity with the author of the Yoga Sutras. However, there are many segments that are extremely difficult to decipher. A good case in point is the following appearing in Location1468: "hi ^agarj, ^/aga/c A'a." Your guess is as good as mine as to what all that gibberish really means. Terrible!
1.0 out of 5 stars DON'T BUY KINDLE VERSION. KIndle versions of these classics need to sort out diacritics. 10 July 2014

Do not buy the Kindle version of this book. The Diacritical marks are completely messed up and it would be a nightmare to try and read.
