I bought this book after finding a copy of it on a shelf in school, I picked it up during French one Tuesday afternoon and really enjoyed it, I love all his poems about the roses, nature and just love in general, the poems are all so similar in some respects but completely diverse in others. My favourites have to include River Roses and Green as well as Moral Clothing. This is a definitive collection and one to be a part of anybody's collection.
I loathed French in school and thankfully, D H Lawrence helped me to survive.

Catching up after a long time with DHL in a familiar environment and locality is great reading. Getting used to Kindle is great for travel and easy access.

First, I am reviewing the paperback edition that contains approximately 800 of Lawrence's poems. This seems like a complete collection to me, so I can only assume that the kindle version that reviewers complain about is at fault. (I could make a strong case that any kindle version sells you short because you do not get a physical book that you can enjoy handling, smelling, owning, etc. but maybe another time!)

This edition is amazingly cheap for a book that is 660 pages long, but the print and binding quality are excellent. So don't be put off by the other reviews or the price. And then of course there are the poems. Some outrageously bad, but at their best they are wonderful. If you want to start at the top go straight to "Snake" on p282.
