I bought this yesterday and have just got back from the gym after not working out for over a month..this album is amazing - I love the track selection, very current and just so inspirational, cant wait to get back to the gym tomorrow !

My wife bought this "to see what it was about"; it must have saved our housekeeping a fortune.
My good lady follows it through and says she enjoys it on a regular basis, ans saves money from the gym.

IF YOU LIKE TO EXCERCISE TO MUSIC YOU WILL LOVE THIS CD AND IT'S THE ORIGINAL CURRENT SINGERS TOO. IT MAKES YOU GO FASTER AND FOR LONGER AS IT'S A GREAT MOTIVATOR

There are 2 CDs and a DVD. I like this kind of Dance music very much so a really satisfying by for me. Not just good for workouts - I also listen to it when doing the housework.:-)
