This book is different is phenomenal. Imagine posing the questions we've always wanted answered to ego-free individuals, tapped into an infinate source of wisdom.
What's amazing about this book, is there are no self-confessed prophets or gurus relating us so-called divine wisdom. Ten ordinary people were taken through hypnosis into a deep trance state, where they then accessed the light planes or interlife and from there were given answers to the preset questions. Not from their own subconscious but from another place completely. All were asked the same questions, all separatelly, but their answers are amazingly consistent. Not only that but sometimes the subjects themselves were shocked at the answers they gave.
As usual, Ian Lawton has adopted his acedemic and scientific approach and made it readable and engaging. You forget at times when reading this that it is a piece of research.
As in The Book of the Soul, the 'soul perspective' is much different than that of the human one to which we are used, the answers given are sometimes far removed from the answers we'd expect and are therefore sometimes shocking, however when you stop and look at the bigger picture for a moment, there is a resounding moment when it all makes perfect sense.
Ian's proposal in this book of a 'holographic soul', is without a doubt one of the breakthroughs of modern spiritual research. If ever anything suddenly made perfect sense, this is it. It leaves ontology behind, and makes a concept commonly thought of as beyond our comprehension a tangible, understandible reality.
Everyone should read this book.

Similar to, but more indepth than Michael Newton's books. Facinating reading. This is one of my favorite books that I consider "true" information, not just entertaining channeling. If you like Micheal Weiss & Michael Newton's books, you'll really like this book.

A very difficult read. This book is rather clinical, boring, hard to drudge through. He sites his sources (hypnotized subjects) throughout the book which I find confusing as they at times contradict eachother.
Skip this book and opt for Michael Newton. Cannot recommend his books highly enough.

This book is similar to those of the famous Michael Newton. Many of the great mysteries of life, such as the activity of our souls before and after life in our current physical bodies are revealed in these profound and astonishing pages. Lawton dares to explore spiritual dimensions which were here-to-fore untapped. Anyone interested in our afterlife cannot go wrong with this book!
