This book is so refreshing for someone looking to lose weight. It doesn't hector you and is more than willing to realise that you are likely to cheat from time to time. All of the recipes I have made from this book have been great and don't taste like low fat food at all. More than being a diet book, this book provides information and recipes for eating heartily and healthily. Whilst on this diet I was eating far more food than previously! The basic exercises included in the book are a good starting point, although after a few weeks I benefited from joining a gym. Combined with a reasonable level of exercise, this book helped me lose 2 stone in 10 weeks.
