Two low-budget horror movies. In 'The Werewolf of Washington' (1973), Dean Stockwell stars as Jack Whittier, a White House press officer who is bitten by a werewolf. When Jack himself becomes a killer werewolf his confessions go unheeded at the White House because of his value as the President's top speechwriter. This puts the President in grave danger. 'House of Clocks' (1989) is a blood and gore fest from Italian horror maestro Lucio Fulci. A gang of vicious young crooks break into the isolated home of a seemingly harmless elderly couple, Vittorio (Paolo Paoloni) and Sarah (Bettina Milne). But their simple plan turns into a terrifying nightmare when Vittirio's antique clock collection mysteriously turns back time, and the old couple are revived as malevolent zombies fixated on revenge. Impalements, gaping wounds and spilling guts follow as the creepy old house becomes a veritable bloodbath.
