Book Description

THE WEREPUPPY: A werewolf video leaves Micky terrified of dogs. Mum decides the only answer is to get Mickey a copy of his own. To everyone's surprise-including Micky's-he chooses a werepuppy. But Wolfie turns out to be a very special pet-and a real joker!

THE WEREPUPPY ON HOLIDAY: Micky's pet dog, Wolfie is a werepuppy-a baby werewolf who's always in trouble. When Wolfie is banned from the family holiday, Micky is distraught. What fun is a family holiday without Wolfie? --This text refers to an out of print or unavailable edition of this title.

WOwwwwww! 26 Jan 2008
Format:Paperback
The Werepuppy, written by Jacqueline Wilson (one of my favourite authors) published in 1991 by Penguin publishers It was illustrated beautifully by Janet Robertson (who draws a lot for many different authors) and it was illustrated very neatly. This book is great for children who are over the age of 7 or 8 up to the age of 13 or 14 because adults are far too boring to read such a good and exciting book like this one. I think boys would like this book better than girls would but I might be wrong because I really enjoyed this funny book. Rating: 7 or 8/10.

It starts off when Micky see's a movie about werewolfs, and the video scares the wit's out of him!So after a few weeks of not going anywere near little dogs his mother notices his strange behaviour and takes him to get a dog of his own.

So he goes to the dog home and looks at the dogs, there is one dog that catches his eye as it bites his sisters figer. While his mum has gone to sort his sisters finger out, he makes friends with the dog and asks his mum for the dog.She says yes and Micky calls the dog Wolfie!
