About the Author

A qualified teacher, Jules Williams spent eight years running his own business as a successful Personal Trainer, and complemented his lifelong intuitive accuracy with an intensive training and subsequent work with the deep subconscious. He spent the following decade with thousands of clients clearing deep rooted emotional blocks and re-patterning the subconscious mind. This life-changing work is balanced with his spiritual nature and accurate perception of a person's individual soul's journey including past lives. I found The Weigh Forward to be an extremely insightful and much helpful read. For as long as I can remember it's been drummed into society that the only way to lose weight effectively is to either crash diet or take on the Atkins diet for example, both of which I've never found successful. The weigh forward however has been hugely effective, a great read and changed my life style for the better.

A more holistic approach to tackling obesity is presented here. It is relevant, well written, and a great approach. In my opinion, as the reader unravels past issues regarding their weight they might, a small might, require a session or two with a counsellor. I haven't had the book long, so cannot attest to it's ability as a stand alone tool to weight loss, maybe in six months when I've had time to apply what's presented to my own life and seen the actual results I will be in a position to say what a great book!

I've tried so many dieting techniques, the horrible soups, starving myself but have never achieved weight loss which has stayed off in the long term! After reading this book I have already lost a stone and a half and that's without the starving!!! Highly recommend this book - I can't stop talking about it to people. Also my husband who is overweight has stolen the book off me - this is the first time he has been comfortable reading a weight issues book as it hasn't got scales or naked large women plastered on the front cover. Thanks Jules!
