Suzi Grant has a high practical sense, so the book is full of delicious recipes that you can use all your life. She thinks of both body and mind, just as it must be a success diet. The last, but not the least, by reading this book you not only learn what to eat when, but most important you learn why - for instance you learn how important your liver is to your life/health and why and what to do to keep it in good shape. For anybody wishing to diet with sensibleness or simply to improve health based on good feeding, I strongly recommend this class A book.
