1.0 out of 5 stars Worst movie I have ever seen 18 July 2009
Format:DVD|Amazon Verified Purchase
There are no words to describe just how bad this movie is. I feel robbed in every sense of the word, as I not only wasted my money, but 87 minutes of my life. The good side is I will never submit myself to a Cuba Gooding Jr movie again.

1.0 out of 5 stars Words fail me, it was that bad! 11 Oct 2009
Format:DVD
A terrible film, i too wasted 87 minutes of my life on this film. The write up for the film itself is rubbish. Gooding is supposed to be some sort of special forces soldier! I have seen better skills shown by boy scouts....who ever was the films military advisor...i doubt they actually had one, should be chased out of whatever back water studio they made the film at. The plot makes no sense, the characters are weak and ends in a UFC style fight! in a ring in the back room of a bar.

2.0 out of 5 stars Don't bother 17 Feb 2009
By PJ Rankine TOP 500 REVIEWER VINE™ VOICE
Format:DVD
This movie is about a black ops soldier who goes on a mission that goes wrong and then returns to the States to get revenge on those who ordered it. Along the way his fiancee gets brutally murdered which apparently spurs him on even more. The story is told in flashback a lot but you end up thinking 'Why did I bother watching this?' The apparent objective of the mission is accomplished so you never find out why he needed to go looking for revenge and similarly you never find out why his fiancee was killed. In fact apart from meeting her, getting engaged and dying she has no part in the story, it would work just as well/badly without her. Too much of the story is pointless and there just aren't enough clues for the viewer to work out what is going on. There have been so many films about agents/operatives going rogue when betrayed that you would think the US Government had learned its lesson by now! If you're a Cuba Gooding fan watch it if you must but otherwise, don't bother.
