Not what I expected 13 May 2011
Format:Hardcover
This book is a collection of photographs of WRENS in World War 2. I had expected a written history. Although the title gives a clue, in camera can also mean in secret, and I was particularly interested in the secret work at Bletchley Park.

Still, OK if you want a good set of photos. I just wish it had been described as such.

Updated Edition 28 July 2005
By E. Kuhlenschmidt - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Hardcover
I had a previous edition of this title that was in poor condition and thought I was purchasing a reproduction. While a few of my favorite photographs are missing, this work based on Lee Miller's photographs has been updated to include far more on the total history of the WRNS. The additions have been included in such a way that the descriptions feel as though they've been written by the same author, with the same attitudes towards the work of the WRNS.
