About the Author
Sharamdean Reid is a twenty-something entrepreneur who opened WAH Nails in Dalston, East London, in 2009. A trickle of nail art fans turned into a flood of customers as they became the goto salon for fashion-forward nails. Sharmadean was named one of the '15 people who will define the future of arts in Britain' and was featured as part of the 'New Generation' in Vogue magazine. In February 2010, WAH Nails opened for business in Topshop Oxford Circus; they also opened in Topshop in Manchester this year.

This book is good for those wanting to learn some of the tricks/techniques into creating Wah Nails' nail art designs, though there aren't that many.
It's ideal for those who have a lot of colours and nail art pens.
There's a lot of personality injected into the book, so it's a shame that there are only 25 designs. Their more intricate designs would have been better to have.

I recently bought this product and was umming and arring for a couple of weeks before I finally did but to cut a long story short, I'm glad I did. The cover is really 'cool' and looks great on a bookshelf so that's always a bonus, right? Anyway, I need to stop rambling! This book gives you some information on the owner of WAH nails- info on her life, ideas and friends etc which is a really nice touch to the book. The step by step instructions are very clear, informative and helpful. Sometimes when I start a nail design I don't quite know where to start, the squiggle or the lines or the colour- you get my drift. However, this book shows you were to start and finish to give you the best final look. The pictures included are great and although I would have preferred more nail art designs to be included, this book does cover all of the basics, gave me new ideas for designs and was an enjoyable read and for that I think it's worth the money. Plus, it comes with a free sheet of stickers! You can't go wrong!! haha
There is only one bad point about this book and that is that I'm now going to be bankrupt as I can't stop buying more nails colours, tools and nail pens to create new designs!! RIP savings.
