5.0 out of 5 stars I NEED BOOK FOUR NOW!!! 17 Dec. 2011
Format:Kindle Edition
"Don't cry." He leaned in, his lips a silver of air away. "It will be alright." "Will it?" I asked. He kissed me like I was everything. "It will." Tears dripped down my frost bitten cheeks. "How do you know?" "Because I'll save you," he whispered. "I'll always save you, Gemma."

Jessica Sorensen has done it yet again. She has utterly blown me away and I can not wait to see what is next.

When Gemma became trapped by Stephan, she thought she would die but when help comes to her, Gemma is more than shocked when she finally learns the identity of her father. Her father needs her to go back into history and change a mistake that he has done, that will result the end of the world. But when Gemma finally finds the vision, she realises that her and Alex will have to pay the ultimate sacrifice to save the world.

The Vision was one of them novels that once I started I couldn't put it down. You know I'm a huge fan of this series because I think it's totally unique and well it honestly gets more and more unique with each book I read. Jessica has a way of writing explosive storylines that keep you on the edge of your seat until the very end and yes, she does some evil cliff-hangers but boy are they good!

I have to admit, I did look at a few reviews that had spoilers in it while I was waiting for this book to arrive but even though I kind of new the storyline, I wasn't actually prepared for the emotions that hit me during this book. The Vision was probably the most emotional book out of the series because we see Gemma's and Alex's relationship on a whole new level. Even though their trying to find a way to be together they are thrown a whole new line of obstacles that honestly leave you emotionally drained in a good way.

5.0 out of 5 stars A real page turner! 13 Mar. 2012
By Emily
Format:Kindle Edition
Jessica Sorensen's Fallen Star series is based on a girl who holds a "special connection" with a childhood friend, only she has forgotten everything completely about her past, she spent all of her main years feeling devoid of emotions and carried on her days being friendless until recently. Jessica's ability to put pen to paper and create a new world where love exists, friendship does mean something to people and not to mention the ability for me, as a reader to imagine everything from every word she has written is a true inspiration to budding authors. Despite the lack of spelling errors, it was easy to follow and held the ability to keep me reading every word of it again and again. These series were money well spent! I've no regrets to buying this series and I'm excited for the final addition to the Fallen Star series, the Kindle has truly been the best thing in my world since paperbacks, for if I didn't have it - I wouldn't have found this series and waited eagerly for the next book and along with this bought the previous three.

For someone who had only known of authors such as Lauren Kate and Becca Fitzpatrick, this is really phenomenal and has been a fantastic read. I was fully able to read it and imagine myself in Gemma's position perfectly; I particularly love the relationship between Leylan although from what I have read from spoilers that friendship may just be put to its test! The Vision was by far my most favourite book, it was full of mystery that kept me simply eager to read more and more of it until I read to the very end of the book, and even when I had finished, I became excited for the final extension to the Fallen Star series. Sorensen's Fallen Star series left me enchanted from the first time I read the prologue from the first book right from the very beginning. I'm ecstatic to have been given the opportunity to simply use my writing skills to write a review and attempt to establish whether my studies in media have truly taken affect.

5.0 out of 5 stars Addicting and captivating 26 Nov. 2013

"Today is not the day you're going to die, Gemma Lucas."
Oh my word. Jessica Sorensen had totally blown me away, yet again. I think this book series has made her my number one favourite author.
This book undoubtedly deserves five stars. The plot was both engaging and addictive; I couldn't even so much as get to sleep without reading it. I introduced this series to my friends, and it was the topic of conversation for months. I couldn't get through the day without telling someone not just how awesome the book is, but the characterisation as well.
The thing I love about this book series is that it combines a teen romance with supernatural, which is a fantastic and unexpected twist. The characters become real in the readers head, which is insane because it pushed me though a stage where the characters were so real that it was like I could theoretically have a conversation with them because you get to know them so well.
Jessica Sorensen, you are true and utter genius, and I can't imagine a better cliff hanger ending. If you haven't read this series, I would definitely recommend it. Worth every penny and more. Best read in months.

5.0 out of 5 stars When's the fourth onecoming out! 1 Mar. 2012
Format:Kindle Edition
This book is one of my favourite books out of the series and I fell in love with it. The book brings out a lot of emotions when I was reading it and I didn't put the book down once. My parents were beginning to think buying me a kindle was a bad idea for christmas because I was constantly on it, reading this series and wanting to know how it all ends for Gemma and Alex especially, and for the rest of it. When I read the last page and it was left at a cliffhanger, I was devestated because I knew it was meant to be a trilogy series and it couldn't end there. Luckily I researched the series and I found out there was another book coming out - the promise - and I've been counting the days down ever since.

This is a fantastic book, equally as good as the others, and when you think it can't get any better it does! I'm eargerly waiting for the last book in the series to see how it all concludes, but at the same time I'm sad that it's almost over :(

However, Jessica is a fantastic writer and I will look forward to reading some of her other books :D
