This "saga" of three books was pretty good, I thought. All three books follow the life of a viking, called Harald Sigurdson. In the first, he is a teenager, about 16, in the second he is a young man, and in the last, an old one. He has an amazing amount of adventures, including finding America. There is a lot of action, but it is well written and interesting. One thing I hated were the illustrations. They were rather gritty and not very good. Still, if you ignore them, then you should enjoy this trilogy.
