The Victorian Garden series takes you back to the days when the BBC made so many great programmes. This is one of the best. No violence, sex or even excitment. Just a relaxing programme to watch at the end of a busy day. To see the victorian garden transformed during the series is marvellous. A set of DVD's we've watched a few times since buying it. Along with the "Green Valley" it does it for us.

A real gem from the past! Makes it all the more sad that the modern-day BBC serves up wide-appeal Barratt-home dross to its gardening audience.

It was lovely to watch this 1980s recreation of the Victorian Kitchen; Victorian Kitchen Garden and Victorian Flower Garden. It was very well produced.
