This book is long overdue. There are some good works out there about the Djinn written by some competent Muslim scholars, but this volume provides a unique, fresh approach which should be a boon for non-Muslim readers who want to find out more about this subject. Everyone who has questions about "the unseen world" should read this, but be warned - you'll never see this world in the same light ever again. Riveting.

One interesting chapter concerning a visit to Saudi, conversations with a Saudi royal, and a subsequent visit to a djinn cave. That is the best chapter and it's right at the start. The rest of it??? You make up your own mind -- on the basis that 'Djinn' means 'unseen being' the authors have gone overboard and attributed everything from Ufo's to Leprechauns, to Fairies, to just about anything you can think of in the realm of the 'unexplained' to Djinn intervention. If however, youread 'The Key' by Whitley Streiber there's a very important statement that he makes which is going against the main thrust of most his previous books -- he says that the alien thing may well be a big deception -- and reading between the lines it is possible to conclude that the djinn may be responsible for much that we perceive as 'alien'

good book, but why some of these guys insist the djinn are all bad? stop up setting them, and gettting them annoyed. i've never ever had a problem with them.....and i've been in the occult all my life.
