I wasn't sure what to expect when I bought this book as I have a couple in my bookcase already, but this once is so much better! This is a genuinely, good, usable cookbook and it shines through that ms Kittle was a former chef. With not too many pictures, just enough but plenty of excellent recipes and ingredients for every meal; breakfast, lunch,starters, main meal, desert, lunch and cakes, this was the book that brought my confidence back, and not only that but it got me cooking again! As a recent turned vegan ( from being a vegetarian for many years) it's wasn't always easy to find tasty and healthy options. THIS book shows that it is possible! I will be sharing the news with all my vegan friends and tell them to get this book!

What a great book for vegetarians! Finally, an easy to do recipe book for delicious and healthy vegetarian recipes that will delight the soul. It is very difficult to find vegetarian dishes that are both appealing and appetizing yet this book delivers! The author discusses the benefits of eating vegetarian which is such a healthy way of eating. Your body will feel cleansed and lean through following such a diet. I highly recommend for anyone wanting high quality vegetarian dishes but don't know where to start!

Absolutley wonderful collection of recipes! If you're a vegan this is definitely the go-to cookbook for you. It has a wide array of easily made, healthy, vegan recipes. Another thing that I really appreciated was the fact that it had such great variety of foods. This is perfect because I often tend to use only a limited amount of foods when I cook, but this will force me to become more creative in my cooking. Do yourself a favor and get this book, you won't regret it, and neither will your stomach!

The Vegan Family Cookbook is an impressive recipe book with personality. The author discusses briefly healthy eating, and also talks to you throughout in and around the recipes. For me this just adds to the quality of the book.
