I wasn't sure what to expect when I bought this book as I have a couple in my bookcase already, but this once is so much better! This is a genuinely, good, usable cookbook and it shines through that ms Kittle was a former chef. With not too many pictures, just enough but plenty of excellent recipes and ingredients for every meal; breakfast, lunch,starters, main meal, desert, lunch and cakes, this was the book that brought my confidence back, and not only that but it got me cooking again! As a recent turned vegan ( from being a vegetarian for many years) it's wasn't always easy to find tasty and healthy options. THIS book shows that it is possible! I will be sharing the news with all my vegan friends and tell them to get this book!
