D-Generation X, or DX as they came to be known, was headed by Triple H and Shawn Michaels, two of the biggest Superstars in wrestling history, and had a changing roster of rebels who did whatever they wanted, whenever, wherever -- regardless of the ultimate outcome. Short book really. its 250 odd pages, but the last 20 are all a quiz on dx - naff! And id say 100+ are photos (black and white). And many pages are just a paragraph to the whole page!
If you are looking for inside information or backstage antics, walk on by as this has none! Its literally a short run-down of the history of DX - as the title suggests I suppose. Everything is very much kayfabe (all written so as to assume the reader is naive to the wrestling world.
Excellent read if you are 12 years old, but for a grown person, its a 2 hour book tops. I'm actually very dissapointed as I was expecting more from this - It skips loads of important information thats very relevant to the history of DX.
Hate to say it, but this is a cheap cash-in for WWE books - I'd rather read Hogans 1st book - and we all know how bad that was!

If you are a fan of HHH and/or Shawn Michaels you will probably like this book. Personally however, I found it pretty hard going and in places it seemed as though the book was 'pieced' together and actually made little sense. It was all rather random. However, it covered a fair amount of DX's career and will probably satisfy die hard fans. But if you are a general WWE fan and not too into DX this book isn't for you.

A very easy book to read, but I feel that many of the stories that HHH and HBK could've written about were probably deemed to "X-Rated" for PG WWE! Saying that, I was surprised to see moderate swear words!! Some of the KEY stories that were mentioned I do remember well, and the accompanying photos was a great visual reminder! It was a very funny "memoir" I think mainly written in kayfabe, with elements of breaking character or cracking inside jokes!! I gave it 4/5 only because I felt that memorable pics and stories were omitted for PG reasons.

fantastic, its as though HBK & HHH are reading the story of DX to you. Lots of interesting stuff in here, avid fans wont learn anything new but wow the memories are brilliant.
