Although this ebook appears to be marketed to women, as a guy, I've been using the tips with great success. So if you're a guy out there, don't be put off by that. There's nothing girly about the tips. (Purchased from the US site, but we're currently living in London for a 3-month contract job.)

This is better than I thought. It's complete and has something for everyone. You'll be able to find something in there that's new to you and very practical to do. Overall it's a great book and worthy of support.

I had to say something about this book. I'm a female and only needed to lose a few pounds. Even though I'm not even close to being fat, I've always struggled with dieting away my last few pounds.

This book put things together for me that finally made sense to me. So far I've lost 3 of the 6-7 pounds I need to lose and that has been in only 5 full days.
