I found that after using this a number of times that I feel more calm, balanced, and in control on a subatomic level of my being. What I really liked was how I was always conscious of what was going on and being said to me. There are no exercises to follow, no psychobabble and the main track is the one I can go straight to whenever I need a boost.

Very let down and totally dissapointed with this title. The therapist keeps on say the word I not you, can't see how this can help anyone. I have had other titles from this guy and been very pleased with them, but this one is not for me, maybe it might help?
