I found this book to be absolutly brilliant. It covers the basics; how to use a bread machine;different flours, grains and other ingredients. Superb for the beginner as well as 150 recipes for the more advanced. This book contains not only bread recipe's, but savoury breads, vegetable breads, rolls buns and pastries, teabreads and cakes. What I found to be most convienent is that the recipe's offer a selection of measuremets to suit everyone (ml/oz/cups). This is one of the best recipe books I have seen and a 'must have' for any Bread Maker Lover.
