Whilst this book is full of handy advice, I do not recommend it for UK residents as the recipes contain products only available in the USA.

unfortunatley this book is written for the american market.I think you would need a reference book with you if shopping for ingredients.Had I have known the format I would not have bought this.

Diabetes Cookbook

This book contains various dishes/recipes but it is 'americanised' in ingredients i.e. cups of ingredients, items which are not available in the english market. Read more
