I managed to get hold of a copy of this book which I wanted to look at out of curiosity more than anything - seriously, it's a poorly written hatchet job obviously timed to do as much damage as it can to Livingstone's campaign but some of the language and allegations are so laughable that it actually makes the author sound like a crank rather than say anything meaningful or serious about Ken. It's so short it's obviously a rushed job with only one purpose - which it doesn't succeed it. Don't vote for Ken if you don't want to, but you want find the truth in here, plus you'll be seven pounds poorer.
