Classic Van Halen are back and this track is a stonking number worthy of their early 80s glory days. A barrelling, wah-driven riff shows Eddie is still the man, while DLR's typically ingenious lyrics make you wonder why we ever listened to junk like Balance. Wolfie and Alex are on fire too. There has been a lot of criticism around the new van halen tracks being re-hashed versions of mid 70s out takes, but the whole point is that Dave and Eddie wanted to give the fans new music but inject some of their original DNA into it. Listen to this and consider that these guys last released an album together 28 years ago. incredible!
