I borrowed the earlier edition of this from the library to help with a college assignment but found it so interesting that I wanted to read it again and bought my own copy. It is very easy to read with lots of notes in the "margins" which can be easily ignored until wanted. The new edition has extra chapters, including one on Art therapy which I am really looking forward to.
