Format:Spiral-bound
The diary itself is great. A bit complicated for impatient people like me who just want to get on with it without ready the instructions! It's like a paper coach, not as good as a human coach but still a good motivator and advisor. If used correctly it should help me improve this year - my second year in triathlon.
The delivery took over a month which wasn't good. I'm in Ireland and I didn't realize these were coming from the US.
Apart from that all good.

contains everythings you need for keeping track of progress (or lack of!) very informative and helpful...def will get one next year too
