4.0 out of 5 stars Triathlete training dairy 19 Jan 2010
Format:Spiral-bound
The diary itself is great. A bit complicated for impatient people like me who just want to get on with it without ready the instructions! It's like a paper coach, not as good as a human coach but still a good motivator and advisor. If used correctly it should help me improve this year - my second year in triathlon.
The delivery took over a month which wasn't good. I'm in Ireland and I didn't realize these were coming from the US.
Apart from that all good.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Triathlete's Training Diary 3 July 2010
Format:Spiral-bound
Everything you need to know and more, all levels can learn from this book, very detailed in places, i.e. the science, however invaluable and user friendly in other chapters, alot of common sence, a book you will refer to throughout your tri life.
