This dvd consists of full length clips from various European tv shows including the "Basil Brush Show" on BBC.
The standard of the clips range from watchable black and white to good quality colour and sound quality is excellent throughout. There are a mixture of promotional videos, lip synch performances and full live performances and it is the latter which I found to be the highlight of the dvd.
The best music television show in the UK during the mid sixties was probably "Ready Steady Go" and in Germany the top show in my opinion was "Beat Beat Beat".
Whereas "Beat Club", another German show, mainly featured mimed performances, "Beat Beat Beat" showed live performances in front of a studio audience. There are three songs from this show, namely "Silence is golden", "Here comes my baby" and "Loving you" and although made in black and white they make tremendous viewing. There are another couple of live performances in 1983 from a show called "Platengala" which are in full colour and are also excellent.
The Tremeloes made many great singles, most of which are featured at least once and I can highly recommend this dvd to any 60s music fan.

Absolutely thrilled with this as any Trems fan would be.
Just wished they couldve had all their hits on it.

Down Memory Lane with the Tremeloes 26 Dec 2010

Wow! Fantastic!
These words sum up my feelings for the dvd. Watching them 'live' is something I never got to exprience as a boy when the group ruled the airwaves with their brand of feelgood songs. So seeing them perform almost all of their famous hits in this dvd is something of a bonus to me. What is more, the dvd manages to capture the fun and essence of their performance pretty well I think.
Aside from the lack of clarity of a couple of the black-and-white clips and the painfully-obvious (and unfair) lack of film-coverage on guitarist Rick Westwood, whom I regard just as highly as the rest of the group,
I would strongly recommend this dvd to anyone who enjoyed Tremeloes music in the sixties and seventies. Its simply awesome!

Good clips of their performances circa 1960s, 70s, 80s
Their version of 'Silence is Golden' is just about unbeatable.
Chip does a great job of 'Someone, Someone' also.
I got what I expected and and I am very happy with it.
