Format: Paperback
In class we have been learning about a book called "The Tree House". I think it is brilliant and funny because Sprog kept saying "Verily" all the time. William is Sprog's big brother but he has to tell him not to say "verily" all the time. They always get along together. I think it is a brilliant because it is very funny.
Written by a child in Merlins class - Year 3.

A Kid's Review on 2 July 2010
Format: Paperback
The Tree House is an amazing story by Gillian Cross, author of The Goose Girl. Her story is about 2 boys caleed William and Sprog, and their plan to have a tree house in their garden. But Dad has to go away to work so he sends the boys a parcelevery month to add to their tree house. My favourite part is when the boys get some binoculars and they use their imagination and pretend to be knights. It is always exciting when William and Sprog get a new parcel. My favourite character is William because he is adventurous, very imaginative and brave but he can be quite selfish about his brother Sprog. I would recommend it to anyone because it is adventurous and incredible. EJ- Wagtails Y3
