As the other reviewers have said, Wendy writes in a refreshing an honest style and believe me, as someone from the same decade who has also "drunk from the fountain of youth", it does wonders for your ego and sex life! But the fact that she really gave it a "go" with Graymond - and sadly found him wanting in every direction - is truly admirable. At a certain age you get "your sensible head" on and tell yourself you have to settle down and compromise but not Wendy - she tried it, chewed it up and spat it out (not literally of course!) but no matter how she tries, she just can't give up her boys... this book is for anyone almost at the top of the hill who thinks they should grow old gracefully - take a leaf or several from Wendy's book and enjoy with her as she does it disgracefully! It's a tremendous read - and it wouldn't hurt some older men to read it too - they could learn a lot!

When I read Wendy's first book, the toyboy diaries 1, I oohed and aahed and giggled all the way through. It's a funny, defiant and fascinating account of an unconventional life. This book, though it's also really racy and sexy, is thought-provoking too. This is one of the most honest authors I've ever come across. She is brave to detail all the downs as well as the ups - you feel like you really get to know her, and enjoy her personality as you read. And as you consider the questions she raises - about how society expects older women to behave a certain way - she will consistently entertain and amuse you. Great book and I love it - well done Wendy! More soon please!

Come on Guys (and Gals!) Amazon says there's only three copies left! (I was sensible, and pre-ordered my copy!) Wow - she's done it again! When will this woman stop? (remember Tina Turner's famous comment at the end of her Hammersmith concert - "Y'know, people keep askin me when I'm gonna retire - Y'know what I tell 'em? - I'm only just STARTIN'!" Same could be said for our Wendy! Atta gal - go get 'em! And by golly she does in this latest chapter of her tempestious life! (in between arranging one of her daughter's marriage, designing cigar humidors etc)she's steaming through younger and younger men (together with a few not so young!)like the brand new 'Tornado' locomotive! 'Can she ever satisfy her hunger for young lovers?' asks the cover's blurb. "Let's hope not" I say! Now who's going to make an offer for the film rights I wonder? Bags I SHANNON TWEED for the lead role (that's if Wendy herself doesn't bag it first of course!)P.S. Newcomers (no pun intended!)- Purchase Diaries 1 also!
