Although I applaud the idea behind this recipe book, i.e. increasing one's intake of Omega-3 fatty acids, the critical factor is to simultaneously reduce Omega-6 within the diet, to obtain the right balance. The Author mentions this in the introduction, but although she carefully lists the amount of Omega-3 in each recipe she unfortunately omits any information about the Omega-6 content.
Also, the recipes are too high in sugars & wheat, which are inflammatory, for you to get the health benefits that I'm sure you'd be hoping for by increasing your Omega-3s.
