This book contains 8 pages of scant information about diets. What is does contain is the latest information on diets plus 100 items of food consisting of fruits & vegetables, low fat protein, herbs and nuts & seeds. Pure common sense to anyone who knows about diets and anyone hoping to loose weight is already aware. This book though pretty and full of nutritional information was not full in my opinion of 100 diet secrets and was therefore a disappointment to me. I think by now we all know that the only way to loose weight is to eat more fresh fruit & vegetables and less fat. It is an attractive book with interesting recipes; I just felt that the title of this book was misleading.
