I very much enjoyed reading this novella about a big pharmaceutical company battling against a 96 year old lady in the hopes that the recipe for her tonic will make them some big money. I found the story to be well-written and fast paced; it was a gripping read. The characters were very likeable and I loved the twist to the ending.

A joy to read. Recommended without any qualms it won't be enjoyed. Sure to delight the most hardened reader. Beverley Carter is a new author to me but I shall definitly read more from her.

I really liked this novella. It is a great concept and I really enjoyed the characters, particularly Rose. A very easy read with a very interesting plot.
