Written in the Lord Sugar style this "taster" or "appetizer" is full of common sense. It is the usual rant about fast food, packaged food, hidden calories ... all the stuff many of us have complained about. Underneath is sound wisdom ... eat more slowly, eat less. It's not rocket science ... but it sounds so sensible and you know that it is going to work. There is no easy answer or permanent solution to weight gain ... but determination to do something is the beginning of a life time's work which has its own rewards.

Not a quick fix diet but what Lord Sugar has found that enabled him to lose excess weight and maintain this loss. This after trying various other methods . It is commonsense but explains the method in a way most people could follow. The latest aid he's discovered is eating more slowly by simply using the tiny fork of the title. Short, direct & it obviously works for him & may help others.

I quite liked this more than The CV but then this time I knew it would be short! I'm not a fan of Alan Sugar although I do watch The Apprentice for sheer entertainment value. But I felt in this little book (it took me five minutes to read!) he comes across ok. Bit like the ramblings of my Dad but it endeared him to me more than he has before and his words made sense.
