This is the best resource of its kind that I've been able to find. I've been using Outlook for over 20-years and thought I knew it pretty good. However I knew I needed to learn more to fully leverage its capabilities. I've learned all kinds of capabilties that have allowed me to better control my email, tasks and calendar.

I highly recommend this to anyone who needs to prioritize their email and more fully utilize Outlook's Calendar and tasks.

I love both of these textbooks and I got it for a great price! Shipment came right on time. I have been learning on my own how to use Outlook and now I gaining so much information. It is great for moms who have a family on the go and helps you keep up with your very busy schedule. Learned things that I did not know and I have now been using for the entire family to keep up with everyone's schedule. I love organization and this helps me get even better at it.
