Three books for a few quid, great value. I am catching up on Edgar Rice Burroughs work after being recommended by a friend. This is a great way to start for not a lot of money.

This refers to the Kindle Edition only. The stories are great, as are the others in the Barsoom series. However, this Kindle is full of formatting errors, typos, forgotten quotation marks. Sloppy editing.

Of the eleven books in the Mars/Barsoom series, the first five are easy to obtain either as public domain freebies or in inexpensive sets. Beyond that, however, it gets more difficult and pricey. This third omnibus offers #'s 6 & 7 of the series at a reasonable price. Hopefully, with the new Disney movie, an affordable, really complete Barsoom set will soon become available. UPDATE: First the bad news: The movie came and went. A box-office dud, it cost Disney millions. Now the good news: TWO new Barsoom collections worth considering have come out. One contains the first SEVEN Barsoom novels--and for only a dollar! Check it out in the Kindle store by typing "Barsoom 7" in the search box. Thus, for less than the cost of the two volumes in this "Third Omnibus" set, you can now get those two as well as the first five. For that reason, I have lowered my rating of this omnibus from 4 to 3 stars. The second new Barsoom set is truly COMPLETE, but it costs $9.99. Check it out by typing "Barsoom 12" in the Kindle store search box. My guess is that a cheaper complete set is just around the corner.

It's so alsome to have both books in one
I love the way hastor of hadon and tavia go thourth a good
hardly aventer with the fouth book! The other guy from earth Ulysses paxton find himself on mars like john carter he finds Ray thos and he teach him his tecknet of surgey and he fells in love with a priness that has her body tole by a jeddar
that is cuel so he finds the way to get her back and make friends with ememys
it's a very good story line I just love it!
