About the author An innovator in the field of personal development, Jonathan Livingstone's interest in alternative therapy was already evident by the age of 11 when he first started hypnotizing people. Since opening his London practice in 1998 he has been developing and refining the most effective contemporary therapy and coaching methods available. Having read a great many self-help books in my time, this is one of the most remarkable of them all. Firstly, it really emphasises self-help, continually reinforcing that we have a great deal of resources with which to learn and grow through the problems we encounter on out journey through life.
This is extremely empowering.
Secondly, the use of the pendulum is a masterstroke. I found it took some practice (but then I've not worked with a pendulum much before), but it soon becomes second nature - mainly due to the clear, concise and enjoyable writing style throughout the book.
Concepts are introduced in a logical and progressive manner, and the whole book reads really well.
This is a fantastic, and really unique, work and I have no hesitation in recommending it thoroughly!

I have just started this and am very impressed with the detailed and thorough approach Jonathan has applied to this work. It must be the culmination of years of study and is obviously based on vast experience. As a Touch for Health therapist I find it is already giving extra dimension and depth to the way I work. An excellent tool for kinesiologists, and a great self-help book for anyone serious about getting to the root of their issues.

This book is great for giving you the basics of lots of different therapies, it also goes into quite a lot of detail of a few like EFT etc, although sometimes I found it complicated just for the sake of being complicated. Saying this i was defiantly recommend this book as it's a great tool to any therapists.
