This book gave me a deep insight into Qigong theory and practice; beyond that found in most other books. The illustrations are clear and straightforward. the text is descriptive without being burdoned by unnecessary jargon. All technical terms are explained fully. Hence, I suspect this book will be of use to beginners and exponents alike.

As a practitioner of daoist meditation and qigong, I found this book by far the most well laid out and comprehensive text on the subject. Not so complex as to lose the reader, but a perfect balance between practical advice and theoretical background. Great stuff.

Taiji Qigong by Chris Jarmey has really had an impact on me. For the first time here is a book which really explains how to do Taiji Qigong, with no ambiguity. Clearly destined to become the benchmark.
