Product Description

First Draft version of my very first book!

The year is 2014, John Brown is recently recruited into a group of 3 elite scientists that are currently making ground-breaking discoveries following the unearthing of the Tachyon Particle discovered to exist in 2011. From the power harnessed in this particle, the team have recently managed to transport an object over a distance without visible track- instantly; also known as Teleportation.

Within a few weeks of doing so, and after the arrival of John, the team of 4 scientists are making a lot of progress but the company which they work for want to push the deployment of this new technology forward; because they are blinded by money.

However there is a ‘teething’ problem with these teleporters...

There are major complications and the teleporters starts to threaten humanities very existence as the world leaders start deteriorating because of a side effect. The world leaders are the first people to use the new technology. The world is on a knife-edge and the team are the only people that know what is going on. They are the only ones that can stop a potential world war three. They are the world’s only hope.

The Teleporter is filled with twists and turns, hellish demons, zombies and intelligent extra-terrestrials in the wake of what the effects of the teleporter has unleashed on the world. The Teleporter follows the journey of these 4 scientists on an epic mission to save the world from itself. This book challenges and mixes up current valid scientific theories, easily allows the reader to get more involved in the book by using real life events and follows a number of subjects including a blooming love between two of the scientists in particular.

Pretty mediocre 24 Feb 2012

I like the premise of the story, but the writing is really pretty poor. I finally had to give up on the story half way through. It needs a lot more work.
Very Poor Writing 22 Feb 2012

This is my first review of a book on Amazon after reading around 100 on my Kindle. I'm a huge sci-fi reader and the title and premise of The Teleporter caught my eye. I'm sorry to say that the book was close to unreadable. The dialog is hokey with no natural flow. There are also way too many grammatical and spelling errors. Its too bad. The idea behind the first couple of chapters has so much promise, but I had to ask for my money back due to quality issues. We'll see if Amazon gives it to me.
