If i could recommend one book for people who want to learn more about taking care of their own health and wellbeing it would be this. I have been practising what this book teaches for a number of years now, by doing a yearly detox, and this book has been my reference whilst going through the process everytime. Daniel Reid is a well known expert in the field of healthy living and lifestyles as his other best selling books can testify, so what is explained is reliable information.
Like the previous reviewer said, 5 out of 5 is not enough, this book is life changing and if you apply what Daniel Reid teaches in this book you life will literally change, and you will learn the meaning of preventative medicine.
