Product Description

The deadliest weapon is the truth

After a life on the front lines, Army Ranger John Holliday is now teaching at West Point Military Academy. But when his uncle passes away, Holliday discovers a medieval sword among his things - sinisterly wrapped in Adolf Hitler's personal battle standard. Then someone viciously burns down his uncle's house and Holliday's secret fears about the mysterious sword ring alarmingly true.

Holliday must delve into the past and piece together the puzzle that was his uncle's life - his involvement with the enigmatic warriors known as the Knight's Templar. But his search for answers soon becomes a race against a ruthless and cunning opponent, willing to die for their cause. Can Holliday live long enough to reveal the treacherous but critical truth?

Excellent !! 24 Jun 2011

Format:Paperback
I was astonished at the previous reviews for this book . I found it a fast moving and exciting read . It may not be for "purist" followers of Dan Brown , who mainly practises plagiarism ,but for anyone looking for a good read ....look no further than Paul Christopher. He writes in a great style ,whilst incorporating accurate historical facts . I advise any prospective reader of this book , to follow their own instincts and not to be influenced by lovers of Dan Brown , or indeed Enid Blyton !!!

To treat such an interesting subject in such a lousy way and then have it printed on paper is, in my opinion, a terrible waste. If you have to read something about this in the easy-to-read genre, stick to Dan Brown. Otherwise, find something worth reading about the subject.

Waste of time 23 Nov 2009
Format:Mass Market Paperback
Unfortunately, this book is pure waste of time and money. Predictable and utterly boring. Writer tries to emulate Dan Brown's work but is far, far away from it. Book full of stereotypes and trivia found on internet. Not worth reading - better go for a walk!
