There are some early Searchers live albums to be found, for example, Live At The Star Club, which I have not yet heard.
Swedish Radio Sessions include 2 recordings from 1964 and 1 from 1967.
In the 1964 stuff the band have a good rapport with the audiances, but not so much interaction in 1967.
Most of the songs would be well known to Searchers fans, especially Needles And Pins, When You Walk In The Room and Sweets For My Sweet.
One of favourites, What Have They They Done To The Rain, is performed well, as is Take Me For What I'm Worth and Money (That's What I Want), Have You Ever Loved Somebody? and Western Union.
Basically mostly good all the may through, but the muted crowd response means only 4 stars.
