A lovely little film from 'The Comic Strip Presents'. Directed by the genius Peter Richardson. Features Jennifer Saunders in one the very few 'serious' roles of her career. She's wonderful in this one. Two things, though: I am not sure if this DVD is identical with the episode from The Comic Strip. Second, it appears it would be cheaper to buy the whole box of The Comic Strip for about the same amount of money.

Having a lot of difficulties in finding this DVD in Spain at a reasonable price, it's been great having it at a bargain price, and in a great condition.

This film was shot near where I live and I knew the two local fishermen who made a 'guest appearance'. It was good to see this film again.
